Despite having an issue with his equipment, Deonte kept me updated throughout the entire process, ensuring that the job would still be completed as promised. His communication was excellent, and his commitment to getting the job done was unmatched. Even at 9 pm, he was there with his ladder and light, making sure everything was finished.
